SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEES

Colombian Dark Roast …Life
Nice balance between fruity, sweetness and rich chocolate. Like a strong relationship. You want to hold onto. Make it last. Laugh a lot.

Colombian Heavy Pedal …Roll
Bike delivering a trailer load of beans. True java to go. Bold flavor and fuel for the uphill. Sweetness on the way down. Commit to your beans and your bike.

Ethiopian …Buoyant
From a land of beginnings. A sense and suggestion of citrus. Fresh with an abundant aroma. A winy uplift. A peaceful good-bye.

Sumatran Italian Roast …Vivo
Indonesia and Italy sign a Peace Coffee treaty. Like a good-natured giant, a heavy and muscular presence without overpowering. A quick-to-come, quick-to-go taste of berry. Rich, but not pushy about it.

Sumatran Full City Roast …Complete
The city is an island. Populated by wild flavors and complex personalities. Blended into a dark and smooth urban experience. Starts at the corner and takes you across town.

Mexican Dark Roast …Drink deeper
Our warmer neighbors grow it bold, intense and smooth. Some taste a dab of chocolate. Find your subtleties elsewhere.

Guatemalan Light Roast …Cheer
Breathtaking views from the volcanoes of San Marcos. A taste that bursts forward and finishes quietly. Strength of body from a medium-light roast. Wisp of maple and whiffs of floral.

Guatemalan Dark Roast …Big
Hang with a smooth Guatemalan. Well-rounded and complete. Layers of deep solidarity from a dark roasted chocolate place. A fat favorite all around.

Decaf Full City …Dream
A lighter decaf to please your palate. Brews a smooth cup of seemingly regular coffee but without the caffeine and chemical free.

Decaf Dark …Gotham
Just as tasty as a cup of the black stuff. Sans-chemical. De-boosting without destroying.
(We rotate between Mexican and Peruvian beans for our decaf.)

PEACE COFFEE BLENDS

Roots Blend …Home
Known for its homemade bagels and commitment to sourcing food from local farmers, this blend was created for Common Roots Café located on 26th and Lyndale in south Minneapolis. Enjoy this signature coffee at the café and at home.

Blue Ox Blend …Friendly
Not quite as strong as a five ton ox but enough swinging power to get you through a long day of chopping firewood, harvesting pumpkins, picking apples or anything else us Minnesotans do before Jack Frost comes knocking on our window.

Twin Cities Blend …Burr
Strong and hearty enough to keep you warm and awake on the longest & coldest days of winter.

MPR Blend …Buzz
Tune in all the time for news and music. Your ears and taste buds will not be disappointed.

Birchwood Blend …Truth
A pleasant echo in the woods. Guatemalan meets Sumatran with brief appearance by French Roast. Easy sipping, slightly sweet without the sugar. The floor of this wood is dusted with hints of clover. All things in natural balance.

Blendo Suave …Bliss
Go lightly heavy. Go heavily light. The lighthearted Guatemalan kisses the full body of the Sumatran and here is the baby. Rich and full with a clean, refreshed finale.

French Roast …Punch
Strength in unity. Living intensely. Some taste of a dab of chocolate. Holds its own in the white stuff.

Espresso …Pow!
The glory of O. Blended elegance and shaped perfecto. A balance of weight, sweetness and bite. We guarantee thick crema suprema. Built for the blast, but makes a beautiful cup o' non-espresso joe.
