Founded in 2001, the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU) represents 53 cooperatives and over 70,000 small-scale farmer families in southern Ethiopia. SCFCU provides financial, technical, and marketing support to its members, producing approximately 10,000 tons of organic arabica coffee annually. Shade-grown under indigenous trees and enset, their washed coffee is known for bright acidity, fruity flavors, and balanced body, while natural process coffee offers rich, full-bodied profiles with candied fruit notes.
A true original. This zippy, dynamic light roast is unlike any other Ethiopian or light out there. Bright and complex, there's so much story in these beans. Arabica is native to Ethiopia and we built the relationships over decades to bring something this special and layered with rare flavors. Coffee geeks, order now.
A fireside fan-favorite, this seasonal coffee warms you with rich chocolate and nougaty sweetness, with a kick of pecan and cherry. A winter party of Peruvian, Colombian and Ethiopian beans.
The natural processed Ethiopian coffee adds notes of dried mango, fresh blackberry, fig jam, and strawberry. The Peruvian beans offer hints of caramel, jasmine, and coffee liqueur for a creamy mouthfeel to round out this bright, balanced, and juicy light roast.
