    Excellent morning brew

    I started drinking the Birchwood coffee when the previous name brand (roots) was discontinued. It has proven to be a trustworthy and consistent blend that I am likely to continue consuming for some time.

    Love these beans in my espresso maker

    I've been regularly ordering these beans for over a year - and running them through my Breville Dual Boiler espresso machine. Several times a day - every single day. They come out just perfectly: not too bitter or overcooked, nice crema, and absolutely wonderful. I look forward to the beginning of every single day as I know a double-shot or two awaits me!!!!

    Birchwood is the perfect addition to my morning rituals! So yummy and smooth and well balanced! Not harsh or bitter in any way. I add a little honey and pistachio creamer and savor every sip.
