    I've used the glass-handled Chemex for over 2 years now, and it's great for my coffee snob guests. I have to be careful to pour water just before it starts boiling so I don't burn the grounds — otherwise, perfect way to make coffee!

    My favorite thing about the Chemex brewer is that you have very few variables involved when it comes to the brew process, so the chances of making an excellent cup every time is nearly 100%! Plus, it's beautiful and can proudly live on the counter top when not in use.

    I enjoy the brewing method of the Chemex and the carafe looks beautiful. This has become my best cup of coffee! You must try it!
