I am an avid coffee drinker. Literally a gallon a day! I've been doing pour over with Peace Coffee for 10 years, but made the switch to Toddy. The coffee tastes unbelievable! I can easily drink it black, and the Ph is at 6.5. Splash of creamer, it's 7. Like water! I wish I had tried this sooner! I take a half cup of concentrate, pour some hot water on top - done! Perfect!

Bought this to replace my 10-year-old setup and not a lot of change but it's definitely still fantastic! It comes with a cover while your coffee is brewing overnight and a handle to help lift it which are both helpful. We use this all summer long to make iced coffee and it is never let me down! The filters and corks last forever and I've only recently had to buy some replacements items. Highly recommend!
