We've removed the caffeine not the character. Even as a decaf this traditional dark roast gets intense: nutty, roasty and rich. Yet you'll note a very sweet, more malty flavor, too. Best of all it's water processed, so it’s 100% chemical-free!

    Well, I have 10 pounds at home -- what does that tell you?

    Hi,

    I love the decaf French Roast. I wish I could drink caffeinated coffee, but no longer can do so due to a health condition. Otherwise it would be French Roast.

    Enough about me.. This is a superior coffee, as good or better in quality as I've ever been able to find at specialty stores. I switched over to the 5 pound bags for a custom grind. I have 10 pounds at home and with the subscription discount and loyalty points the price per pound is unbeatable. So what does having 10 pounds of Decaf French Roast at home tell you? It tells you my family and I are crazy in love this blend. And the service could not be better.

    I drink Peace Coffee decaf cuz they make their coffee into a decaffeinated variety with water instead of a chemical process. BUT it's also delicious!
