Usually, a happy medium seems kind of like a paradox or concession, but not in this case! Medium roasts are coffees that sit perfectly in the pocket between delicate and roasty. It's where we can find the coffee's sweet spot between flavors from the roasting process and flavors from the coffee beans themselves.

We've tried many different varieties, but this one seems to be the crowd pleaser. I prefer a darker blend, but majority rules. At any rate, Birchwood makes a great cup of coffee.
